Information for participants who completed the prescreening survey:

When you complete the survey: You will be able to opt-in to receive messages by checking a box at the end of the survey in which you will be asked to enter you phone number and indicate that you are interested in being contact by our team to set up an appointment for a study interview: "Please check this box to confirm that you wish to receive additional information about this study via SMS."

Privacy Policy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties
